The Regional Care Coordination Agency (RCCA) is accepting applications for Warm Handoff and Recovery Support Services (WARM). Funding services designed to facilitate peer-supported recovery supports for individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) or poly-substance use disorder who are experiencing a housing transition.
A total of $6,000,000 is available to be awarded for Warm Handoff and Recovery Support Services over a period of 3 years to up to seven organizations.
Applications will be accepted until June 28th, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. CST.
